The basic HOP 1502 specs are on the Web site. According to SlashPhone, the device includes a "software solution which unchains users from their fixed phone lines, allowing them to make secure calls from anywhere there is a WiFi hot spot - at home, at work, around town; in airports, coffee shops, & hotels and even internationally.
