OK Sony, nice mouse-phone: but how do I click when I'm talking?

You plug both your mouse and your VoIP phone handset into a USB port, right? So (Sony reasons) why not combine the two into one neat blue product?

On the left, you can see the Vaio mouse. Open it up and [right] bingo! it's a phone. Sort of. 
According to Akihabara news it comes in various nauseating shades of blue, grey, terracotta and barf. According to Engadget, it needs psychotherapy.
