Huawei Obtains One of the Largest Number of Wave 2 End-to-End Certified Products of Any Vendor
(Shenzhen, China - October 9, 2008) Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. ("Huawei"), a leader in providing next generation telecommunications network solutions for operators around the world, today announced it has obtained three Wave 2 certifications from the WiMAX Forum for its newest WiMAX base station, the WiMAX DBS3900, and two of its terminal products, the BM325 and BM625, which are all based on the WiMAX 802.16e standard. This underscores Huawei’s strong capability in providing full range of end-to-end WiMAX solutions with high interoperability for operators. The three certifications make Huawei as the owner of one of the largest number of Wave 2 end-to-end certified products.
